Ridgeview is one of many English producers that I've been seeing more and more of. They are becoming a leader in great English fizz and this is their flagship. It has a lovely brioche, biscuity flavour on the front which is balanced by zippy acidity and notes of lime, lemon and apple. Champagne is probably watching its back.
