Gerard Bertrand Wine
Gérard Bertrand started his career as a professional rugby player in France. In 1987, he began helping his father at Domaine de Villemajou in Languedoc, alongside playing rugby. After the accidental death of his father, he took over the family estate and created the Gérard Bertand company in 1992. He is now a revered winemaker, ambassador of the Mediterranean Art de Vivre, who loves to showcase Languedoc wine styles. Gérard Bertrand was awarded Red Winemaker of the Year 2012 at the International Wine Challenge.
