It's produced in South Africa's prestigious Stellenbosch region, where sunny conditions and cooling sea breezes from False Bay combine to create a Sauvignon bursting with tropical fruit while retaining elegant citrus freshness.

Grapes are picked in the cool mornings and gently pressed to preserve fruit flavour whilst bunches of varying ripeness are chosen to increase the complexity of the wine. The result of this deliberate winemaking is well worth it.

Expect dry, crisp notes of gooseberry and lime to lead the fruits, restrained by a refined mineral character. It's a perfect blend of a Marlborough-come-Loire sauvignon style, combining the best of both worlds.
