My experience with Virgin wine can be summed up iwth reference to my "personal" wine advisor who is like an adorable version of Swiss Toni from the Fast Show (without the sexual innuendo, I hasten to add before the politically correct brigade come in and lose him his job!!), a German Pinot Noir called Lenne and free bottles with every review and lots of money saving options that make me spend more than I would have on the assumption that I am saving money!! (Who doesn't love a bargain??). Of course the company are out to make money but, at the end of the day, they produce great wine and great service and I am happy to be a part of it!

I have shopped with them twice now and the last time, was the LAST time. Awful customer service and the wine really was Average. When I mentioned it to them, they did not seem to care! So they have lost my custom.

Shopped at virgin wines on several occasions but found the they only had limited wines that were a in stock so I found the selection quite poor. The overall quality was Good but there wasn’t much in stock
