Lovely variety, this-usually used in the south of France, principally in Languedoc-Roussillon, where it is blended with Roussanne and occasionally Viognier. If you're looking for something that tastes of pure peach juice, with a slightly oily, fat texture thrown in for good measure, this is the grape to go for.
