Wine PASCAL JOLIVET - This iconic wine from domaine Pascal Jolivet is made from a selection of parcels of 3.5 hectares and benefits from an excellent south-facing exposition. Its name les Caillottes comes from the Kimmeridgian limestone on this magnificent terroir. On the nose it reveals elegant, subtle fragrances of citrus and white fruits. The palate is dynamic and complex with a good balance between freshness and smoothness. You can taste it now but it will grow in complexity over the next few years.
