An exceptional sparkling rose wine, produced in the South of England from one of England's most revered vineyards. This expression uses a blend of mainly Chardonnay grape with a dash of Pinot Noir, thr inclusion of Pinit Noir imparts the lovely light wild-strawberry pink colour to the liquid. As with all releases from Hambledon, the grapes are picked and loaded into the press by hand to minimise damage. This release was even recently served at one of The Queen's state dinners at Buckingham Palace.
