Fiano di Avellino Refiano 2015 is a high-quality white wine made from the Fiano grape variety, grown in the Candida, Lapio, and Montefredane vineyards in the Campanian estate of Tenuta Cavalier Pepe in Italy.
This wine benefits from the clay-like, chalky soil and a long growing season that results in complex and refined flavors. The grapes are grown at 350-500 meters above sea level, allowing for a longer harvest full of minerals from the soil structure.
The wine undergoes a cool temperature maceration and is fermented in
temperature-controlled tanks followed by two months of aging on fine lees. The careful production process and aging prior to bottling results in a wine of the highest quality, marked by excellence and provenance with the D.O.C.G. label.
