Made by By Ott, one of the most celebrated exponents of rosé in the Côtes de Provence, Fortnum's Côtes de Provence Rosé 2019 is a delicious blend of Grenache, Cinsault and Syrah. The grapes are handpicked, delicately pressed in whole bunches and macerated for a shorter period to produce a wonderfully light, salmon pink colour. On the palate there are delicious notes of summer berries with a delightful acidity and light, elegant tannins. This 2019 vintage pairs perfectly with a variety of summery dishes, such as our Salmon Keta and fresh, seasonal salads. 13.5% ABV
