At the foot of the Andes, in Mendoza's Luján de Cuyo, some of the world's oldest Malbec vines grow in four famous vineyards: Vistalba, Las Compuertas, Agrelo and Perdriel. These are responsible for some of the finest and most complex Malbec around.
The grapes for this wine are hand-picked, and aged for 12 months in French oak and another 12 in bottle. The result is a dialled-up Malbec.
