This is the top boy in De Martino's almost perfect range and the quintessential terroir wine for them (and arguably, for Chile). It's inaugural vintage was the 2007 that we tasted out of barrel in 2008 and was the most exciting thing we'd ever seen from South America. The 2008 is even better. From a granite vineyard 2km in the sky with 300 days of very intense sunshine (intense in light rather than heat).
