The Boekenhoutskloof Semillon has matured for 14 months at low temperatures. This enables the wine to have enhanced the textural elements of the brand’s old vine Semillon. The nose is complex with a bouquet of orange blossom, nectarine, beeswax and lemongrass. The palate taste is also complex and rich with flavour with white peach, mandarin and lemon curd character of the nose following through with delicate nuances of lime zest, root ginger, dill and tarragon.
