Crafted without any constraints or compromise, Black Flag is Steve's pet project. This offering was made from Shiraz parcels sourced from some of the very best plots in the Limestone Coast and McLaren Vale. These were blended post ferment, and added to this was a small proportion of Touriga from Willunga. Although this grape variety is often associated with Portugal, the Australians were producing wines from this grape long before Shiraz gained traction. However the two grapes now make an impressive union.
