"This is just the second vintage of winemaker Natalie Christensen's Albariño, sourced from the Seaview Vineyard in Awatere Valley, where strong off-shore winds help to produce small, concentrated grapes. Salty grapefruit and lime aromas lead to a concentrated palate driven by brisk acidity. Partial oak fermentation adds texture to layers of lime pickle, preserved lemon and grapefruit zest, ending in a satisfying lick of salinity."
