Yalumba ‘The Signature’ Cabernet Sauvignon/Shiraz is a brooding, serious and dark red wine of immense power and concentration. The nose shows lifted florals, with aromas of violets and chocolate mints, whilst the ripe, warm palate has concentrated flavours of dark chocolate, blackberries and hazelnuts. A wonderful wine to match with red meats such as roast lamb or peppered fillet steak.
