Every blue moon or so a priceless cache of Show Reserve wines is released from the grand old Yalumba cellar to give the world a fleeting glimpse of dessert wine heaven. This classic Aussie style - super-ripe muscat fortified and oak-aged for many years - is luscious, tawny-coloured essence of liquefied raisins lashed with chocolate, caramel, spices, nuts and brandy. A delicious dessert wine. And lovely with a decent chunk of Stilton too.
