70cl / 40% - This Spanish brandy is made using 100% sun-dried Pedro Ximenez grapes. It was matured on the lees for eight months in French oak, including casks seasoned with sweet Pedro Ximenez sherry. The nose is floral, with aromas of ripe plum, apple blossom and orchard fruit.
