70cl / 42% - A bold, sweet Old Tom gin from Tuscany's Winestillery that is made by distilling wine in a specially-made alembic still and infused with a secret blend of Tuscan botanicals, before being rested in French oak barriques. Unlike many Old Tom gins, this is made without the addition of sugar, instead utilising the naturally sweet botanicals found throughout Tuscany to create the traditional sweetness of this style.
