Wine Joh. Jos. Prüm - Aged in stainless steel vats, Wehlener Sonnenuhr Auslese is an intense, aromatic wine. Concentrated and fresh, it is immediately present on the nose, but always restrained. Aromas of ripe stone fruit mingle with notes of crushed stone against a deep background of terroir aromas and old-vine fruit. On the palate, it is fine but also intense, savoury, saline and opulent, leading to a long, intense finish with hints of crisp slate.
