Villiera Cap Classique Brut, Tasting Notes by Wine Expert, David Andrews, DipWSET
This throws down the gauntlet to Cremant and Graham Beck drinkers and beckons them to try it. This is really top quality stuff. I imagine if it said Champagne on the label you wouldn't have guessed otherwise and indeed this puts a lot of the cheap supermarket own brand labels to shame, for less of the cost too! It is full of biscuit and brioche notes with zesty lemon, pear and lime giving it a citrus zing. More people need to get their hands on this.
