A blend of 75% Corvina, 20% Rondinella and 5% Molinara with 12 months ageing in small (225L) oak barrels. A deep and concentrated Ripasso styled wine, with ripe red fruit notes, balanced with darker savoury cherry notes and an elegant, velvety structure. Delicious with mushrooms, winter pasta dishes and grilled meats.
