From one of Robertson's most highly acclaimed wineries, this Gooseberry Bush is full of brilliant lemony zip. Nestled between the Breede River and the Langeberg Mountains, Bon Courage has been run by the Bruwer family since 1921. It has a huge loyal following and shows whites of explosive fruity appeal are by no means the unique preserve of New Zealand! They win accolades aplenty, both at home and abroad, including the Best White Blend Trophy for this particular wine a few years back. The Gooseberry Bush is a fresh and racy mix of grassy, kiwi-fruit-scented Colombard and lemony Sauvignon Blanc, picked in the early morning and fermented cool. Perfect for solo sipping, or partner with spicy stir-fries and salads.
