When we were offered a parcel of rosé from Australia’s prestigious Margaret River region - which had been given a huge thumbs up by the team out there - we knew we had to snap it up right away. A blend of three staple noble varieties, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, have teamed up to create a textural rosé that combines fruit-forward enjoyment with a subtle savouriness.
