Wine Vignoble de l'Ecu - With Terra, the Vignoble de l’Ecu offers a gourmet and luminous expression of Melon de Bourgogne. The nose blends citrus and white flowers with delicate smoky notes. On the palate, the wine surprises with its volume and enveloping character, balanced by lovely tension and quite lively freshness. Aged on lees in concrete vats, it thus retains plenty of fruit and natural character. A lively cuvée to be enjoyed with friends over a platter of oysters!
