'Les Grands Cras' is a limited release of just 3000 bottles, made from the Martin family's top vineyard in the village of Saint-Véran. These premium vines produce a wine with ripe scents of tropical and stone fruits that coat your mouth, allowing you to savour the exhilarating intensity. Head winemaker Damien Martin has expertly preserved the refreshing, fruity flavours of this wine by a long, slow fermentation, whilst avoiding any contact with oak. This makes it succulent and complex without being too heavy. We'd recommend helping yourself to a bottle of this St. Véran when you're treating yourself, or being treated to some really good cuisine like creamy chicken dishes or moules-frites.
