Very pleasantly surprised by this ‘English fix’ . Not fully brut , lovely small bubbles. On nose- gooseberry tart fresh from oven , with fresh green apple too. After 30mins of opening the tart of a slightly underripe apple disappears leaving a long citrus- even peach flavour that is very long lasting - true of the very best from Epernay region .

A lovely English sparkling wine. Light and refreshing on the palette. Enjoy with an afternoon tea, similar to Prosecco, with a light gooseberry taste .
