Wine Sarrat de Goundy - The cuvée planteur is a blend of predominantly Bourboulenc and Roussanne grapes. The grapes were harvested by hand and no added sulphites were added. The vinification is traditional, using natural yeasts. The wine was matured in French oak barrels for 9 months, with regular stirring of the lees. On tasting, this white wine has an expressive, delicate nose with notes of pear and acacia honey. The palate is full and unctuous, with subtle woody notes of butter and toast. The finish is elegant, fresh and perfectly balanced.
