Perfect if you want to try a really, really, really good Valpolicella - one of the best food wines from the best food wine nation in the world. Sadly, a lot of Valpolicella is watery muck sold cheap which is a real shame, because the good stuff like this (Superiore is an official mark of quality) is a red to rival any Claret or Rioja. Great with nearly all Italian food, why not brighten up a pizza delivery with some exceptional vino. Smooth and intensely flavoured with brambles.
