Mucho Mas Rose Tasting Notes by Wine Expert, David Andrews, DipWSET
A delicious blend of Garnacha and Tempranillo, the Mucho Mas Rose is a great expression of Spanish Rose indeed. Tannin extraction and pressing have clearly been gentle, as it emulates the pale Provence style perfectly.
Aromas of red fruits like strawberry and cherry dominate, whilst the palate follows through on this perfectly. The fruit intensity and acidity is very well balanced, making it both moreish and refreshing, as you want in a Rose wine. The finish culminates these ripe red fruits and has a slightly sweet note, helping it linger before you reach for the next glass.
