Wine Domaine Lafage & Château Saint-Roch By Jean-Marc Lafage - This Maury is made from hand-picked grapes, sorted very selectively on the vine at the time of harvest and a second time on the sorting table. 60% of the wine is matured in concrete vats and 40% in oak barrels for over five years. It has a superb colour with orange tints, a nose of jammy fruit and a palate that is beautifully rounded. This Maury goes very well with Roquefort cheese, fresh fruit salad or desserts based on figs or prunes.
