Spirits Distillerie Artisanale Lachanenche - The white Génépi is a flower found in the Alps from 2,000 metres above sea level. This plant has always been used by mountaineers and is recognised for its light and tonic effects. Today its gathering in the wild is regulated and limited. The artisan Lachanenche distillery therefore cultivates it in the heart of the Ubaye mountains. This spirit from our mountains, with no additives or dyes, can be consumed as an after-dinner liqueur, as a cocktail or even as a well-iced sorbet!
