Wine CHÂTEAU CHASSE-SPLEEN - This stunning Moulis always delivers good quality and has thrilled us with this excellent vintage. Château Chasse-Spleen benefits from an exceptional territoir, with a variety of soils, from gravel to clay-limestone. This great wine has been aged for 18 months in oak barrels in a part-buried cellar. On the nose, we get strong red and black fruits, dried flowers along with spices. The whole is perfectly balanced and reveals great oak flavours and liquorice notes. A complex, fresh and expressive wine with a tight structure and powerful, yet soft, tannins. Unbelievably delicious!
