Maestro Sierra is one of the oldest Bodegas in Jerez and certainly one of the most traditional. There's a truly artisanal approach with everything done by hand, including bottling and where filtering is necessary. The soleras tend to be older than the average in Jerez and they like to keep their wines back a little bit longer.
