Wine BRET BROTHERS & LA SOUFRANDIERE - This cuvée is the result of a selection of 50-year-old Chardonnay, facing south on a steep slope of 25 ares, near the Roche de Vergisson. The soil is composed of limestone scree on blue marl offering seductive wines, enhanced by an 11-month ageing in Burgundy barrels. In short, it is a superb cuvée, perfectly balanced between freshness, crunchy aromas and minerality: a great gastronomic wine!
