A sensational, bespoke made, full-bodied French red that brings together a selection of some of the best wines on offer from the 2024 vintage across the south of France. We settled on using three components, two exceptional Syrahs, one from Costières-de-Nîmes, grown on wonderful terroir of red clay and pebble stones, very similar to Chateauneuf-du-Pape, the other a fruit-bomb that is made from three carefully selected parcels from a historic (secret) family-owned estate. The icing on the cake with this cuvée is a small parcel of super concentrated, intensely fruity barrel-aged Gigondas. A red to savour with Sunday roasts or a selection of punchy cheeses.
