I'm a bit biased to this due to my Greek roots but this is a special wine. The Barry’s were the first to plant Assyrtiko in Australia and it is the perfect grape for their style of white wines. It's crisp, refreshing and intense. This is a racy wine with lemon peel, lime and grapefruit and a mineral core. If you like traditional dry Riesling or even Chablis, this will be perfect to branch out with.
