Not only is it bottled at a punchy 55.4% ABV, it's also partly matured at the old Bow Street distillery, now the Jameson Experience and visitors centre in Dublin. They ship bourbon and sherry casks up from Midleton distillery for a few months of finishing in a tiny onsite warehouse that you can visit as part of the tour, before vatting them together to create Jameson 18 Year Old Bow Street Edition.
