70cl / 58.1% / Gordon & MacPhail - A 2002 Highland Park single malt from independent bottler Gordon & MacPhail, matured in a single refill sherry butt for 18 years, before being bottled in February 2021 as part of its Connoisseurs Choice series. Aromas of festive spices, dates and toffee apples fill the nose, complemented by notes of stewed fruit, Morello cherry, raspberry and soft smoke throughout the palate.
