Fresh ground coffee, dark chocolate, black tea, and mixed peppercorns add complexity. A slight tarragon herbal element, most likely coming from the whole cluster. On the palate, it's all about dark fruit flavors and spiciness. Blackberry, dark chocolate, and black pepper lead with subtle savory, meaty elements on the finish. Plush tannins lead you into a long lingering finish.
