70cl / 53.6% / Whisky Sponge - This release from Decadent Drinks comprises two casks from the closed Enmore distillery, both of which were aged for five years in Guyana before being transferred to the UK for a subsequent 27 years. One was re-racked into a heavily-charred hogshead and the other into an American oak STR cask. There are notes of toasted hazelnuts, toffee apple, dark chocolate and desiccated coconut on the palate.
