70cl / 54.8% / Thompson Bros - This 10-year-old rum was distilled in 2013 in the Dominican Republic, matured in an ex-Madeira cask and bottled by Thompson Brothers. Aromas of cacao, medjool dates and menthol build on the nose, with notes of chamomile, cinnamon and clove following on the palate.
