The Cotswolds Peated Cask Single Malt is a cracking wee release from the distillery’s Cask Expressions Collection, and it's moreish stuff! Fully matured in hand-picked ex-peated quarter casks from Islay, soaking up that lovely coastal smokiness folk ken and love. Bottled straight from the cask at a punchy 59.6% ABV, it’s non-chill filtered and free from any added colouring, just pure, honest whisky. The result is a bold dram with a fine balance of sweet and smoky. One for those who like a bit of peat without losing the richness underneath.
