70cl / 54.9% / Gordon & MacPhail - A 1999 Clynelish single malt from indie bottler Gordon & MacPhail, matured in a single refill sherry hogshead for 20 years, before being bottled in February 2020 as part of its Connoisseurs Choice series. Aromas of dark chocolate, tangerine, cherries and ripe plums fill the nose, complemented by notes of Seville oranges, raspberry compote, plum and bonfire ashes throughout the palate.
