Wine Domaine de l'écu - This 100% Melon de Bourgogne is the antithesis of Muscadet wine?s technology and industry in the service of expressing the terroir. The siliceous soils from metamorphic rocks contribute much to this wine of tremendous elegance and style. Harvested 100% manually and barrelled in entire crops, the handling of these wines is by gravity only, no pump, fermented by artisans using solely indigenous yeasts. Work in the vineyard and wineries is conducted in full respect for nature and the environment. The wines have been made using biodynamic methods since 1998, with Demeter and Biodyvin certification. During tasting, you will enjoy its crystalline colour and intense, balanced and iodine nose of citrus fruits and vegetables, all perfectly balanced. The aromatic development is perfect.
