Cien y Pico have four vineyards, all located on the plateau of Castilla-La-Mancha. The old bush-trained vines give excellent colour, fruit concentration and flavour to the wines, yields are very low. Knights-Errant is a step up from the Doble Pasta and made from the best fruit at their disposal. The name refers to the winemakers themselves, as well as the tale of Don Quixote, which was set in the same area. A dark, intense wine with exotic smells of fresh black pepper.Strong but soft, intense blackberry fruit, a velvet glove over an iron fist. Dark leather and fresh, uplifting pure blackberry.
