Tasting notes: "Pale straw yellow with green flashes. Wonderful lifted herbal scents, lemon vebena and lemon thyme with bruised rosemary leaves. The fruits are pink grapefruit, with yellow plum and greengage. In the mouth this is all about the glorious texture, which is langorous and mouthfilling. Layers of intricate flavours play across the tongue with the acidity keeping a fine balance and a slatey mineral undertow adds even more complexity. This is a wonderful wine and an absolute delight to taste."
