Morning mists from the Garonne and Ciron rivers encourage the development of botrytis, concentrating flavours and creating remarkable richness. Led by old vine Sémillon, with Sauvignon Blanc and Muscadelle adding freshness and lift, this wine layers honey, apricot and candied citrus with hints of toasted hazelnut. Aged for 12 months in French oak, it finishes long, elegant and beautifully balanced.
