This punchy flavoured gin is part of Chase’s collection of premium gins, all crafted ‘from field to bottle’ at Chase’s farm based in Herefordshire.
Starting with Chase’s award-winning potato vodka, Chase’s gin is then infused with a blend of botanicals including juniper, almond, liquorice root, cinnamon bark, ginger, cloves and lemon peel.
This is then distilled in a traditional copper gin still packed with pink grapefruit and pomelo peels.
The largest citrus fruit, pomelos hold a sweetened grapefruit flavour which pairs perfectly with the tartness of pink grapefruit.
The result is a zingy, zesty, citrus-packed gin which pairs perfectly with a Mediterranean tonic.
