Bonterra's belief that the use of organically grown grapes make wines 'simply taste better' has fuelled their quest in becoming one of the world leaders in organic viticulture. In addition, Bonterra is one of the first wineries to have the Soil Association Certification for their wines. This formidable Zinfandel was 100% barrel fermented, resulting in a rich black cherry-scented wine with a lovely spicy finish.
