We are delighted to have this wonderful sparkling from one of the country's most established vineyards. It is absolutely perfect for summer and for celebrations. The wine has a clean fresh nose with a distinct brioche and baked bread note with hints of roasted hazelnuts. The palate is medium weight, with a green apple acidity balanced by umami savouriness, yellow apple fruit and a touch of cranberry. It is long and harmonious with a gentle, persistent mousse. An accessible style means it will be a fine aperitif but it has sufficient weight to partner canapes and light bites.
